Rich Lizardo is an academic who offers expert editing, copyediting, and translation services in multiple languages.

Trained as an intellectual and cultural historian of early-modern Spain at the University of Pennsylvania, Rich Lizardo will serve as an Associate Research Scholar in Princeton University’s Davis Center for Historical Studies starting this fall. Previously, he taught in the History Department and in the Honors College at the University of Tulsa from 2023 to 2026.

For over ten years, Rich has edited, copyedited, and/or translated (from Spanish and Portuguese into English) academic articles, chapters, and monographs for various scholars. He has also served as an historical consultant for a Marvel animated television series. Rich is an active scholar and researcher who frequently produces work in scholarly publications.
